- 24-48 hours notice: 75% refund or free reschedule
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund or reschedule with 25% fee
- Less than 12 hours: No refund (case-by-case consideration for emergencies)
For weekly subscriptions, please provide 7 days notice for cancellation.
Refund Policy

- Service not delivered: 100% refund
- Service unsatisfactory: Case-by-case evaluation with up to 100% refund
- Service delivered as described: No refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of service delivery.
Rescheduling
Need to reschedule? We're flexible:
- First reschedule: Free of charge
- Subsequent reschedules: 10% administrative fee
- Emergency situations: Handled with understanding
